The purpose of the Tri-City Weight Loss Group is to educate our local community about fighting obesity through proper lifestyle choices, which include smart food choices and exercise.
Anyone who is interested in losing weight permanently through proper nutrition and moderate exercise, is encouraged to join. Each week, a new nutrition topic will be introduced. If enough people are interested, we could even hold a weight loss challenge to add a bit of fun and competition.
It's a lot easier to lose weight when you're held accountable on a weekly basis. The benefits include nutritional education, group support, personal coaching, and fun!
