Save the date! We've rescheduled this Saturday's event so more members can attend this fabulous winery tour, lunch and olive farm & factory tour. Tentative date is February 25th, but subject to confirmation with our Winemaster and tour guide.
You must RSVP no later than 4 days before the event with payment of $35 (plus $2 fee if paid with Pay Pal). You will be providing your own transportation. Those wishing to carpool should meet in front of the Total Wine Store in Tustin no later than 9:30 am, January 14th. Otherwise, meet us directly at the Filippi winery.
10:45 am Meet at the Filippi Winery, 12467 Base Line Road, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91739. Private tour and tasting (5 wines) begins promptly at 11am.
12:30 pm After the winery tour and tasting, we'll travel to Centro Basco restaurant in Chino for a family style Basque lunch. Typical menu includes split pea soup, salad, omelette basquaise, pork chops, potatoes and pasta, so come hungry! Lunch includes Galleano Red (Zin based) or Rose, or there is an additional $5 corkage fee if you bring your own wine.
1:30 pm Optional extension at Graber Olives in Ontario for a free tour. Please indicate when you RSVP whether you will be joining us for the olive tour.

I'll defer to Wilton - but when we polled members at the meeting we had several others interested. I'll be sending reminders and calling others over the weekend so we are sure how many plan to attend.

Note that the January 14th tour is cancelled, and the proposed new date of February 25th. Wilton is confirming available dates for February and March and I'll update this event once the new date is confirmed.
