This group was started for people interested in exploring the whole natural fitness movement that is blossoming out there right now. This might include things like hiking, playing in nature, body weight exercises, barefoot running, paleo nutrition, etc. If you are interested in exploring these activities and ideas and would like to meet others in the Twin Cities doing the same, this group might be just the place for you!
We'll also explore Tai Chi & Qigong, as well as other nature connection activities.
The main inspiration for the group started with MovNat style training, but we also like to get together over food or coffee and share ideas, recipes, and books, especially in the winter. Come join us in the park, in the woods, or in the coffeehouse, everyone is welcome!
