The Twin Cities Writers Group is designed to run like a writing workshop. Members will submit a story or essay, and everyone will read it ahead of time and come to the meeting ready to discuss. I believe in building on the writer’s strengths, which means we ALWAYS start by praising the strengths of the piece, and THEN move on to our suggestions for improvement.
We meet twice a month, Wednesday evenings at 7pm, in a coffee shop in St. Paul. New members welcome.
If you want to hang out with other writers, get feedback on your writing, and most of all have DEADLINES to force you to get something finished, then this group might be right for you!
Its content is only available to members.
To learn more, contact the organizer directly, or you can go ahead and join the group.
