and volunteers from the audience. The focus of these sessions will be dealing with life’s everyday problems. After each demonstration the audience are invited to ask Professor Dryden and his volunteer questions. This is an enjoyable and effective way to learn and share ideas at a fabulous central London venue.
If you are new to CBT or thinking of training as a CBT coach, then this is an excellent opportunity to see demonstrations and network with therapists and coaches as well as people who are interested in CBT, psychotherapy or psychology.
City CBT Coaching College will provide a continuing professional development (CPD) letter confirming two hours of CPD.
Volunteers means you! We will need 2-3 volunteers for the live demonstration sessions so please let me know if you would like to volunteer and have some free therapy or coaching. Windy is happy to go with whatever you bring. Let me know if you have any questions.
