Hi all, thanks for attending, I hope you found it useful. I know we ended up more in discussion about what a User Journey is and its benefits as well as lots of delving into Paul Mallon's (CX specialist extrodinaire) memory banks regarding examples of good and bad customer experience.
What this means though, is for anyone who missed out the workshop didn't occur and it was decided that a second meetup will be held to cover the workshop part! I'll add more notes in the coming week :)

Do things really kick off at 5.45 or slightly later? That will be a struggle to get to in timeā€¦

No, usually starts at 6pm - but even if you cant make it by then its not a problem, just call me on[masked] when you get in and we will send someone down to let you in - be sure to come in (or wait) via the entrance between HSBC bank and Peter Sheperd Shoe store :) NOT via the gallery next to Lindt

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
