Great Meetup! Well done Warwick, Jeff and Florian :) keep the good work going.

Here is a link to photos from last night:

    Great takeaways:

    1. It is very important to understand who the key user is and focus on their needs or you may be overwhelmed with possibilities.

    2. It is also important to really understand what business challenge you are trying to solve for as it will constrain your focus and give you parameters.

    3. It great to start high level and put ideas quickly in-front of users/key decision makers rather than focus on detail straight away or risk focusing on detail that is not required.

    4. Pitching an idea doesn't require many visuals but a clear "vision" and enough understanding of what you want to achieve to excite and motivate whomever you are pitching to.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
