Make sure to register and BRING friends with you. This week's challenge is to bring at least THREE friends - and we will be giving recognition for the person who brings the most people.
We will meet at Plano Nutrition at 4:50 pm, then workout will begin at 5 pm.
What do I need to bring?
The most important thing that you need to bring is the right attitude. It will be fun, but that doesn't mean that it will be easy. Don't worry - with the right attitude and our motivation you’ll do great!
1. You will need to download, print, fill out and bring this waiver form with you.
2. Arrive early enough to stretch and warm up. We suggest arriving at least 15 minutes early.
3. It is HIGHLY SUGGESTED that you RSVP on Meetup. This will allow us to know the amount of people attending so that we can determine the size of the stations, and we can also let you know of any weather adjustments or schedule changes.
4. Be sure to ask for Alastair or Wendy so that we can greet you properly!
