Instead of spending time educating on what is constitutional and demanding that the rules we already have be followed, Senator Long has filed three bill pertaining to a con-con. They will all be heard in the Senate Committee on Rules and Legislative Procedures on Tuesday, Feb. 19. If you are attending the hearing it is in room 431 upon the caucus adjournment (possibly as soon as 9:30 a.m.)

It seems we are forced to lobby against this based on the committee calendar's agenda description because there is currently no language text in the bills. (here: http://www.in.gov/leg...)

Here are the links to the bill pages. From there you can click to read the bill language, which does not seem to be up to date.

Harvard Professor and constitutional scholar know more about an Article V convention then most. Please take 15 mins to hear Laurence Tribe's speech at the Harvard Conference on the Constitutional Convention in 2011. (Video link should start at the 51:30 mark.)
