In the Livingroom -- The curious mind

"If thoughts and feelings come and go, then they aren't really what you are. Most people believe they are what they think. A simple look reveals that you are the WITNESS of your thoughts, something more primary that watches the thoughts. That aware presence is not something that needs to be cultivated, sought, or manufactured. It simply is." ~Adyashanti

Join me at my home for a chance to sit, breathe, get present, and give yourself the meditation of inquiry. These meetings live in our soulful sharing, insights and willingness to open and go beyond the known... There is so much we can learn from each other.

It was a valuable opportunity to look into myself...
I had lots of stress because of my teenager daughter thesedays.

As Surati said... I need to stop being right in order not to judge others.

Actually I can not be sure I am totally right about anything...
I can not be a God to take care of everyone I know.
My daugter's life is her life, not mine
I need to respect her decision...
Futhermore, I have full hands to take care of myself already...
This meetup made me think a lot and I am happy with that...

Thanks everyone who was there, especially, Surati!^^

The cats were thinking... "these humans sure think a lot.... Why can they not just be...!? ~~~ I'm still trying to figure out... Which came first... The cat or the kitten? ~~~ Thanks everyone for sharing and for the feedback... The WORK was encouraging... Thank you Surati... You are a good guide.... I wonder where that thought came from...!? (Lol)!

I didn't realize that I double booked myself for this evening. Sounds so delightful and I look forward to the next moment to drop in to inquiry together soon.
