This group is for people who are experiencing, have experienced, or know someone who experiences symptoms of an underactive or overactive thyroid due to the several ailments that cause these symptoms (ie. Hashimoto's, Grave's, etc).

I would also like to open this to people who experience any hormone related symptoms. Be it PCOS, endometriosis, acne, or any list of things that I don't even know exist.

My goal is to create a safe place for us to share stories, tips and secrets that have helped us throughout our journey. From medical visits (western and alternative) to recipes and supplements, let's pool our resources and help each other through these struggles and triumphs - ultimately empowering ourselves along the way!
