About The Vancouver Japanese and Korean Sporty Meetup Group

This will be a non-profit group. However, occasionally, there will be a CAD$1.00 per event per person plus guests to help run and maintain this Meeetup Group. All funds will be used to pay the monthly website fees to Meetup.com.

Some activities may require carpooling, use of Sea Bus, and public transit. Please indicate on your RSVP if you can offer a ride or need a ride. If you get a ride, always be considerate and courteous. Share the cost of gas and do not be late for a pick up. As a rule, please pay your driver CAD$5/per hr of driving per person.

As a group, we'll try to do our part to reduce the carbon footprint and help maintain a clean environment.

The Organizer and Assistant Organizers will not be liable for any injuries during the events. If you join, you will be responsible for your own safety. So please know your fitness level and obey your leaders at all times. Also, please be on time and well prepared before joining an activity.

If you RSVP- "Yes" and do not show up 2x, change RSVP to "No" less than 24 hrs, do not notify the Organizers, have aggressive unfriendly behaviour, and have negative attitude, you will be removed from the group automatically.
