Making Business Conversations Work Workshop: Three key elements of successful business communications include: understanding rapport, how to develop it and how to recover it; identifying the 3 key messages that communicate the core of your product or service; and, tools for reducing the stress when making presentations are vital to succeeding in your corporate communications efforts. Community Engagement: Tools for engaging the community in a positive and effective manner that might include public consultation, research, event planning and delivery, and facilitation of meetings on topics in which staffs, the public and media have a high level of interest.
