I. Centering Exercises: Each of us will pick a subject or give a question for a topic that we will write about for 2 minutes straight (using a timer).
II. Check-Ins: Review the VOG tools:
a. How many days did you do your morning pages?
b. How many days did you do your 20-minute daily walk?
c. Did you do your weekly 1-hour walk?
d. Did you do your weekly artist date?
III. Review tasks /share art/Discuss chapter, etc.
