The Verde Valley Healthy Living Group

Each of us is entitled to a life of abundance from perspectives of personal health & wellness, spiritual enlightenment, and financial prosperity. This group will explore topics related to abundant living and discuss related options available to us within our community to assist us in making healthier choices in our everyday lives. We will invite local expert speakers to our meetings, share our experiences, evaluate options, and assist each other in building a community of abundance. We will begin our first group meeting by exploring healthier living through Organics and reviewing what Organic means, the health benefits provided by consuming Organic versus non-organic products, and the local options available for acquiring Organic products within the community. Next, we will invite local health and wellness experts and discuss alternative options available within the community to manage our personal health and wellness programs. This will be an on-going forum designed around the needs and interests of the group members. Come join us, share your experiences and your ideas for future meet-ups.
