Introduction

Back in my high school days we used to shoot Super 8 with cameras we bought at pawn shops and edit with a handcrank editing station I bought at KMart. I'm interested in narrative and documentary filmmaking.

What area of Video Production are you most interested in (camera, editor, sound, acting, writing)?

I am most interested in directing, but am interested in all aspects of production.

Do you own your any of your own gear?

Cameras: canon t2i with 18-55mm, 50 mm/1.8, and 70-300mm lenses Samsung HD Camcorder Kodak Playtouch Audio: tascam dr-07 audio recorder Computer iMac with Final Cut Pro X and Motion

Do you consider yourself a video professional, amateur or enthusiast?

Amateur with aspirations!

What project topics are you most interested in (commercials, indy, weddings, docs, sports)?

I am most interested in Indy no-budget films but have some interest in all topics.

What do you hope to get out of this group?

I hope to make friends, learn things and take part in awesome projects.
