Pathfinder Society: The Glass River Rescue

The Glass River Rescue

Scenario #5-01: This Pathfinder Society Scenario is written for characters of 1st to 5th level (Tier 1–5). (We are planning for Sub Tier 1-2)

"A Pathfinder leading a diplomatic envoy from the dwarven holds of the Five Kings Mountains has gone missing, and the balance of power in a time of war hangs on her rescue. The Pathfinder Society's divinations indicate the agent was waylaid in the theocratic nation of Razmiran, when one of her escorted diplomats failed to pay a requested tithe. Now it falls to the party to enter Razmiran, locate the missing Pathfinder and the dwarven diplomats, and escape with their lives."

    Several questions to answer here:

First no particular level of experience with the game is required. We are happy to have brand new to old vets come play.

We are planning for sub tier 1-2, since it looks like a lot of newish people. This means that we would prefer characters of level 1 or 2, however there are rules for out of tier play.
New Pathfinder Society (PFS) characters start at level 1 always.

If you are new and need character creation help you should review the PFS Guide to Organized play this is available for free from Paizo's website also here is a dropbox link:
    https://www.dropbox.com/s/kltrjhslw9g9z7k/PFS%20Guide%20to%20Org%20Play.pdf

This document will walk you through all the character creation rules for PFS Organized Play. For what materials outside the Core Book are available you may want to review this link:

All characters can be rewritten until before they reach level 2, so it's okay if you are a little unsure first game. Also there will be pregenerated characters available. The chronicle sheet (experience, gold, etc) earned can be applied to a new character once you make one.

Katie and I are going to try and arrive as early as possible to help out with any questions on the night of. Sadly traffic is unpredictable so we can't be sure exactly when we will arrive.

I am, also, fairly new to Pathfinder. I've played twice and spent a long time creating a character once for a previous PFS game (so I do have a PFS ID). Assuming we should have a character ready to go for Thursday. Any requirements? Level 1?

Hi all. I am new to the Pathfinder RPG. I just picked up the Beginner's box to play though with some friends and I am reading through the GM guide included. Would I have enough knowledge to participate in this campaign?

Yeah sorry we had to reschedule but we need 4 people to make a table. We will try a little harder to recruit as need be for the rescheduled time.

I've played this one already. If it looks as though there'll be enough people for a second table, let me know and I'll have a go at running it.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
