The lodge has a large deck and a beautiful view of rural Alberta.

There is no shopping close by but Mayerthorpe and Evanburg are less than 30 minutes away.
Three hundred dollars ($300.00) covers the cost of your bed, 5 meals and 2 days of relaxing and knitting or visiting.

Massage, reflexology and reki is available. Please call Check in time is anytime after 4PM on Friday and checkout is 3 PM Sunday. There is no supper Friday evening so you may want to eat before arriving although they do serve us a snack at about 8PM.

You have two routes available to you.
West on Highway 16 past Evansburg and then north on Highway 22 Or
North on Highway 43 past Alberta Beach, Rochfort Bridge and then turn south on Highway 22 at Mayerthorpe. Turn right on Park Court Road, and then again to your left
and you will see the Lodge on top of the hill. Watch for the blue signs. Both routes are just over an hour from Edmonton.

Please email [masked] to register. I will need payment as soon a possible, a $100 deposit will be required to secure your spot!

Please let me know if you have any dietary concerns as well as who you would like to room with. Looking forward to seeing you again this year.

I just read in Shelly's message that the hosts are leaving. Are they selling their property? Where are they going? Are they opening another B&B somewhere else?

Thanks, again Cathy for the great weekend. Great place to relax in, friendly dogs, entertaining horses, great view, fantastic food, and of course the best - the great company. Had so much fun, good thing we were pretty much the only ones there with the conversations and laughter. Can't wait for the next retreat!

It was fun playing musical chairs with the weather and enjoying the sun. All the animals were enjoyable to watch and listen too!!

Only a few more sleeps. I'll have to decide what to bring, other than my wheel and fibre. Almost done the sweater I've been working on, so will have to decide what's next.

Darn, just found out I can't come after all - the people I send the dog to are away then, so nowhere for him to go.
