Mehrdad Mizani who was recently featured on "Buddha at the Gas Pump" will talk and discuss "Acceptance, Surrender and Letting go"

Park on the street and if you're not able to find a spot, park at the Whole Foods parking at the P2 level. This should be OK for at least 2 hours. Call me on my cell # [masked] begin_of_the_skype_highlighting [masked] end_of_the_skype_highlighting so I can direct you to the meeting room. Please do not call from the parking level, since there is no reception in the parking area. Call from the street level when you are at 309 Holland lane. For those of you taking the metro, the building is a block away from King Street metro station.

Bring a healthy snack to share with the group and house slippers for your comfort.

To see a sample of Mehrdad's talk, go to the following links:

“No matter how much someone wishes to love others, it’s simply not possible without growing the heart.

When we understand that only a mature heart can be the source of true and constant love, we realize that it is imperative for us to learn how the heart is meant to grow. No matter what else we do, the primary focus of life – thoughts, words and actions- should be on the growth of the heart in all its different realms.

As we grow in the realms of the heart, we become able to see, feel and understand people around us. Therefore, our relationships with others become deeper and more harmonious. As the heart grows, so does the love, and so does our ability to experience lasting happiness in all areas of our lives.” Mehrdad Mizani
