Learn How to Network in a Way that Builds Your Practice/Business

Dear members of The Wellness and Entrepreneurs Exchange:

I am happy to invite you to our next Exchange meeting on next Saturday, January 21st at 2:30-4pm,

at 13 Terrace Circle, in Great Neck Terrace, Great Neck, 11021.

The past meetings have been delightful. It has been such a pleasure for me to get to know you.

The characteristics that describe those who attend our meetings are:  ambitious, kind, giving, warm, open-minded, compassionate, devoted to their practices, intelligent, conscious, holistic, spiritual, idea generators.

I am in awe of how quickly people connect with one-another and how many ideas, referrals and leads are shared during the course of one event.

*****Please continue to develop the relationship with one-another between meetings. And keep each other in mind for referral purposes. Lend support in areas of strength and seek support in areas of less strength.

At this next meeting I am going to share the work of highly successful sales and marketing professionals on the topic of Networking in a way that works!

At this time I share what does not work.

What does not work is:

1. Attending networking meetings and publically reciting a list of your credentials, etc, etc, etc. Sometimes I wonder what would happen if we quizzed each member of the audience and asked him/her to recite the information shared by the people who spoke before them.

2. Meeting a ton of people at these meetings and just wanting to sell, sell, sell our products and or    services. Doesn't it often appear that everyone is selling and no one is buying???

3. Collecting business cards and not following up between meetings.

4. Not developing relationships with those whom you meet at networking meetings.

Honestly, my colleagues and friends, what are we doing??????? Is any of this (serial networking) growing your practice or business? Is any of this creating new clients or patients???????

If not, why continue to network in a way that does not grow your practice or business????

Learn to Network in a Way That Works! Conscious and Mindful Networking

This Saturday, I am going to share a method that works, which I have named Conscious and Mindful Networking. I will teach you how to prepare for a networking event, how to work the crowd, what exact questions to ask others, and how to follow-up, all with the intention of receiving referral business from your great efforts.

Of course we will begin our meeting with a sharing circle, having each attendee share what he/she does, what the ideal referral is, what current challenges he/she faces, and how the group can be of help.

Modest investment in your practice/business $20 if RSVP by this Thursday, January 19th, or $25 thereafter. Thank you for understanding how important your prompt RSVP is.

And thank you for sharing this event with others who can use this practice/business- building training, support and connection to the holistic/spiritual/entrepreneurial community.

I look forward to seeing you next Saturday at 2:30pm in Great Neck. Feel free to email me at [masked] with any questions or comments as to how this group can best help you.

With warm regards to all of you,
