Hello, Westport Non-Fiction Readers!

It's time to start scheduling our Meet-Ups for the 2nd half of 2013.

Kindly reply to this conversation (and/or bring a list with you to the next Meet-Up) with titles/authors/topics (short description & pages is helpful but not required)  that you would like us to include, so we can compile a list for voting. We love to read a variety of sub-genres, so feel free to include history, economics, health, biography, science, psychology, environment, etc. We also tend to prefer fairly recent books.  GoodReads.com is a great (and free) app for book reviews, by the way.

We look forward to hearing from you and seeing you on 4/27!

Hi! The book club on Saturday was enjoyable, and I hope to attend more meetings in the future. For the next book selections, could you please consider a few for your list? 1. My Foot is Too Big for the Glass Slipper by Gabrielle Reece 2. Fooled by Randomness: The Hidden Role of Chance in Life and in the Markets by Nassim Nicholas Taleb 3. Fifty Shades of Grey by E. L. James 4. The Storyteller by Jodi Picoult 5. Damaged by H. M. Ward 6. Wild by Cheryl Strayed 7. Lean In by Sheryl Sandberg 8. The Black Swan: The Impact of the Highly Improbable by Nassim Nicholas Taleb. Thanks for your consideration! Kara Hewett
