Not sure, just started riding this week.
Have fun, cardio, loose some weight, tone up.
I don't have one yet - biked just for a few days. Drank a lot of water during a break and after. Ate a bagel after the ride.
Just started biking this week. My first attempt was a 10 miles strech on a biking trail in Overland Park. Loved it! Was sore next morning. Getting ready to do it again in a couple of days.
