**Edit 4/20** I forgot to mention this in the original post, but, as always, remember to upload your piece to the Files tab by 4/27 so everyone has the chance to look at your work carefully before the meeting.
Sorry about the excessive edits. I'm sure one day I'll get it all done in one post.
**Edit 4/14** This is the image for the prompt:
Thanks for uploading it Ken. Sorry it took me so long to realize it was there.
The next meetup is going to be at a different library since the one we used last time is already reserved. The time and duration will be the same as always.
Time: 1:00 PM
Duration: 2 hours
Location: Rockwell Public Library
Ken has been kind enough to reserve us a room again so there's plenty of room and quiet for everyone. However, it does cost $15, so if everyone could bring a couple dollars with them when they arrive, we'd greatly appreciate it.
Now, onto the interesting parts. I was very happy to see the range of interpretations of the Grey Goose Ghost prompt. I really enjoy using these prompts to take me out of my comfort zone and push my creativity.
As a side note, though, these monthly prompts are not the only things we're interested in critiquing and sharing. If you have another piece you're working on, and you'd like some constructive critique, feel free to upload your work under the files tab and start a conversation about it under the discussions tab. I think I speak for all of us when I say that we're interested in reading anything the group has come up with either in person at the meetings or online in the discussion board here.
Ken has also been kind enough to present us this month's prompt, which is a picture...of something. I don't want to describe it with words at all here, but I would love to post the photo. I only have a hard copy, not the file as of today, so if Ken could send me the picture, I'd be happy to post it in the discussions tab.
I hope to see everyone next month; I'll update this when we get the photo posted.
