The next meetup will be held at 505 S. Broadway (cross street Lewis) Suite 101 from 2PM-4PM on Saturday, Aug. 2nd. Please BRING YOUR OWN CHAIR or a few extra chairs would be nice for those who may forget to bring theirs. You may also bring snacks and drinks. We'll try to have some cold bottled water available, too. During this meetup, please bring whatever writings you're working on and if you'd like to make a few copies to pass around, that would be great. We didn't really establish a writing prompt last meeting, but if you would like to write 1-3 pages of an event (wedding, birth of a child, vacation, etc) that evoked some strong emotions, please bring that. Let's see how we can do at getting other readers/writers to "feel" the emotion behind your words. The story can be fact or fiction and poetry is welcomed. Thank you and I hope to see you there! P. S. We usually get about 5-10 people in attendance, by the way, if that helps for your planning needs (snacks and copies of your stories). Thanks, again!

It was a small group and we had a nice time sharing our writings.

Okay, I'll be there. I actually have a 1000 word flash fiction that is someone emotion driven, so I'll bring a few copies of that. Plus, can I bring a guest? I'll bring some cookies and he'll bring chips.

I'm working on three different timelines at the moment. Will bring something to browse through.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
