    Hi Lily,
    There is no set time to finish kyaking. I believe they take the boats away at 9 pm, but I have never stayed that late. This is a public event, so we don't organize it. Normally we leave about 8pm.

    The cost is $5 in cash. Even though the event officially starts at 6:30, I suggest you arrive a little early because they give out the kyaks before 6:30.

    Hi Chris. I'm out of the province right now. In fact I went kyaking on the Lachine canal in the south of Montreal the other day. Lovely! But a lot more expensive than Fort Whyte! Enjoy!
