Films to begin around sundown; hoping for a reasonably early finish but stay as long as you like. Park on street and walk back to house which is behind #127. Tonight's film is not a well-intentioned but pointless remake of the classic featuring the handsome and intelligent George Clooney - rather we are showing Andrei Tarkovsky's science fiction classic "Solaris" (1972). Tarkovsky gives the master class in story-telling on a tight budget and in this respect it is a tour-de-force and amazing acheivement. Read more
