The Work of Byron Katie is a simple yet powerful process of inquiry into the thoughts that cause suffering in our world.
It’s a way to find your own truth and the peace in that is always in you.
The work is four questions and turnarounds that shift my world and it can shift yours too.

Because of my deep gratitude to The Work I have the urge to share it with as many people as I can.
