Playtesting

The idea of this event is to test some games I have in development.

Please note THIS IS NOT FOR FUN - only the very nerdiest of folks need apply :)

Really though - the idea here will be to test and discuss game prototypes. At times, this will be just like playing games, but at others it will be slow and analytic. The most effective testing and development also involves consistent (even daily) discussion.

The idea will get to cultivate a small, consistent, frequent group of people who like playtesting. If you want light, no-commitment gaming, this may not be for you.

As far as time and location are concerned:

Time - OFTEN

Location - Make a suggestion (preferably quiet)

I added Hock as the location. While not ideal, I think its still open and accessible. Let me know if you have other suggestions.

    Hi Daniel,

I'd like to join if the testing is not at the weekend.
I have some practise in game testing with different prototypes.

The mostly likely times for these tests would be weekday evenings, so you are certainly welcome to attend. Any day preference?

    My suggestion for a location,
    1) needs parking ( i know daniel drives to these things as well
    2) needs public transportation
    3) while location near the Züri HB have these, driving to dowtown Züri is not fun.

How about the Starbucks at Limmatquai 144? They have an upstairs area which should be fairly empty on weekdays during work hours.

I would think to have these sessions after work hours. I unfortunately still have a real job, lol.
