Do you consider yourself a newbie to this level of cooking craft restaurants?

No, I have visited many memorable restaurants around the world.

What are your top three memorable restaurant moments that come to your mind right now?

Well, many restaurants come to mind. I recall the Duck a la presse or pressed duck at Lorenz Adlon Esszimmer at Hotel Adlon in Berlin. My visit to the restaurant Anna Sacher at Hotel Sacher in Vienna and also the Sacher Torte (ironically only served upon request in the restaurant). Last but not least my visit to L'Espadon at hotel Ritz in Paris. And the list could go on but the limit has been set to 3 ;-)


I have been living in Zürich for some time now. Appreciate good food very much even though I am not capable of cooking myself.
