Do you consider yourself a newbie to this level of cooking craft restaurants?

Not entirely. Like to explore new food and restaurants and have friends into the business with whom I have had some nice experiences. But never did anything in an organized way.

What are your top three memorable restaurant moments that come to your mind right now?

Difficult to say, I cannot choose 3 as best, loved several ones. Here it goes few: Morimoto - Japanese NYC, Pastis - French - NYC, Budakan -Asian NYC, Astrid y Gaston - Peru.
