What is your favorite classic book, and what is your favorite hidden treasure book (book that most won't be aware of)

The picture of Dorian Grey is one of those books that I've read so many times and still discover new things each time. L'Assomoir de Zola would be my treasure book, certainly not hidden in France, but not the most famous abroad.

Answer one or both parts of this question: if you could hang out with any author who would it be, or if you could be in any novel, what would it be?

I would have loved to hang out with Victor Hugo on those dirty streets of Paris, and tell him, I swear, they did a movie/musical Les Miserables, but no worries, some people are still aware it's based on a wonderful book.

How awesome are you?

Guess you'll figure it out the minute you meet me ;)

I'm Cecile, moved from to NY to LA about 2 months ago. Give me a good book and a glass of wine and I'm the happiest person in the whole world...
