Trivia, Ping-Pong & Shuffle Board @ Laughing Pint with the Art Allies Project

Looking for a new toothbrush? Want a magnet for your refrigerator that claims you visited Idaho? Need a shower cap? Then look for team prizes offered at The Laughing Pint’s Trivia nights.

If you haven’t been to the Laughing Pint, you’re missing out on a hidden gem. Great neighborhood bar that offers delicious food, a tasty beer selection, and brings in a great crowd. Not to mention, Ping Pong & Shuffle Board.

The Laughing Pint offers trivia nights hosted by Luke Clippinger.

On Monday, September 24, 2012. Some of your allies in the grass-roots local Baltimore arts community who are down with Marriage Equality will be hanging out at trivia. We’ll be there to sample tasty beverages & redeem ourselves from epic losses at previous Trivia nights.

If you want to find out what’s going on in the Art Allies Project, register to vote, put a donation in a bucket, or get involved, we’ll be there.

Dibs on the team name: ‘And In First Place’.

Warning, Sarcasm forthcoming:

Are you looking to do something fun outside of canvassing, participating in phone banks & donating money you’d rather spend on pickling your own green beans?

Rest assured, The Art Allies Project hears you. That’s why we’re offering some events to just hang out, in spaces you’re already sceneing up.

The Art Allies Project is comprised of local Baltimoreans who work around Maryland, donate some free time to the campaign, hang out or work in the arts scene and do this equality thing where we can. Really, we’re just looking for excuses to hang out with our friends while rocking this ‘Equality Thing’.

We’re just doing us, chilling with friends, seeing shows, biking around town & enjoying arts spaces we frequent.

These are a few things coming up (more to be added) where you can hang while enjoying the arts scene & the company of allies.

Hope to see you there,

_
Nicole

I may be biased, but...Such a great venue to laugh, ruffle some feathers (no birds were harmed of course. Except for putting a bird on it.) laugh, enter some friendly competition, laugh, be the #epicfail for your team, did I mention laugh, and be in the company of awesome people.

Hey Hillary. Parking around Highland Town tends to be pretty accessible during the early evening hours. It's a great neighborhood, with friendly residents. If you get turned around, feel free to text me at[masked]-5445. See you soon.

I'm excited about trivia tonight but I've yet to frequent this particular establishment. What's the parking situation like?
