Join us for a pre-Amsterdam Picnic - meetup where you will hear success stories from:
1. Dan Armstrong from Takashi Mobile will present a success story of Rabo Mobiel:
The Mobile Web in Africa or Changing life in Africa by finding simple, easy-to-access ways to use the mobile web.
2. Willem-Jan Spijkerman will talk about consequences of web 2.0, 3.0... and ways business will be organized within the near future. The Future of Web 2.0! For the first time since the industrial revolution we are decentralizing again and small and medium business are excellent positioned to capitalize on this trend. But... they will be able to succeed only if they adopt new ways of conduction business.
3. The growing use of social media in the communicationmix of organisations lifts these channels from the experimental phase to a more structural presence. The inherent more symbiotic way of conveying messages to clients has its impact on the way organisations choose to present themselves in this (new) digital environment.
After a short introduction, Lotte Zwijnenburg likes to discuss the lessons learnt and the implications for organisations to implement the use of social media in a more structural way in their communication-strategy.
The discussion can include the following topics:
- intertwining of private and business profiling;
- the porous border of personal and brand-authenticity;
- the governance of coherency and decentral dissemination of information;
- the motivational instruments to stimulate commitment to social media in the communication-mix.
Exceptional presentations, interactive discussions and its free to attend!

Liked the presentation by Dan yesterday? It's on Slideshare through this link: http://ow.ly/qErQ![]()
Definitely liked Dan's presentation. The copy on slideshare isn't the exact same one given though. Dan had definitely updated it since, probably to match the web2.0 topic and providing more background.
Anyone have a link to the up2date presentation used?
That was the wrong link actually : )
Here's the presentation ..
