Starts at 8. You can come earlier if you want, but I heard there is team practice till 8?; just make arrangements with others.

The last 10 minutes or so I will do a warm-down hitting easy, high topspin balls from 3/4 court (halfway between service line and baseline). This is a good way to reinforce your muscle memory while cooling down at the end of every practice.
