Ann Coulter

Press Release -- August 4, 2010: We are pleased to announce that Ann Coulter will be the keynote speaker of the 912 Project Fort Worth - Wake Up America Tea Party in Fort Worth on September 18, 2010. Ann Coulter is the author of seven New York Times bestsellers. She is a frequent guest on many TV shows, including The Today Show, Good Morning America, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Hannity and Colmes, The Glen Beck Show, HBO's Real Time with Bill Maher, and has been profiled in numerous publications, including TV Guide, the Guardian (UK), the New York Observer, National Journal, Harper's Bazaar, and Elle magazine. She was the April 25, 2005 cover story of Time magazine.

Please note we have moved this event inside to the Fort Worth Convention Center. We enjoyed marching with all of your smiling faces in the rain during the 2009 March and Rally with Judge Napolitano. But, it put a big dent in our fundraising efforts.

Doors will open at 12:00 pm (noon) and the speakers will begin promptly at 2:00 pm. Vendors and candidates will be ready and waiting. Also, there will be pre-rally entertainment. The theme this year is Preserving the U.S. Constitution focused on how to defeat the liberal agenda that is destroying the America that we all love.

We are making this a FREE event. However, we need many volunteers and donations to fund these efforts. Please consider advertising your business in the color program: [masked]

Excellent! Educational and inspirational. Well organized. I enjoyed every speaker. Unfortunately, I had to leave prior to hearing Pastor Broden and Ann Coulter to attend a fundraiser organized by my daughter. I look forward to seeing them on U Tube.

I had a wonderful time! The event was very well organized! The 9/12 Board Members just thought of anything and everything to make the event successful! I heard Mark Davis speak about it this morning, saying how great the event was! Thank you all very much!!

I thought it was awesome. Everyone was very friendly as usual and seemed to be having a good time. I do think we would have sold more t-shirts had they been priced a little less. Several people made faces at the price many others just walked on. I know this is a standard price but the economy makes it mandatory for most of us to pick and choose. Three elderly people asked about a discount for 3 or 4 t-shirts. I was told 'no' sothey didn't buy anything. That could have probably been a sale of $45.00 or $50.00 instead of zero. Not being critical just something to think about.

It was great it is just too bad we could not fill the place. It is unfortunately because it seems like there were ten thousand different things going on this weekend.

WOW! My first Tea Party, & what a thrill! My husband & I went early & were so glad we did! Everything was great! I was most impressed by Adrian Murray & his speech! The whole thing was first class & we felt privileged to be there - can't wait til next time.

SO glad I went! However, I was disappointed that we never said the Pledge. HUGE thanks to all of you that contributed with not only money, but your most valuable offering - time! Wish Ann could've spoken a little longer. And another HUGE thank you to "anonymous" who footed the largest portion of this. Great speakers, an GO Pastor Broden! One of the main things I was so pleased about was seeing so many black people join us (oh, yeah, I forgot! We're supposed to be racist!!! ;o) ). I'm glad to see them "getting it". I wish we'd had more show up - but those that missed it really missed it!

Well organized and executed. Possibly a bit more publicity wouldn't hurt, although I know that it is sometimes difficult to ever get enough publicity.

Great lineup of speakers. Hupp, Gabriel, Davis, Broden, & Murray's speeches were all exceptional. I'm glad there was a good turnout.

It was a fantastic Event. Many freedom loving patriots uniting to take back our Country. Most of the speakers and their messages were phenomenal, especially Briggette Gabriel, Pastor Stephen Broden, Debra Medina, and of course our own Adrian Murray. Fantabulous one and all!! (Sorry, but I had to leave before hearing Ann Coulter, darn!) I think your messages were relevant, pertinent, and soul moving. If not us, who? Who is going to save our Country??? The radio personalities, especially the emcee, were very good too, as were the entertainers, though the music was a bit loud, at times, overpowering their voices. But, it's a big arena, right?! I am awed by the amount of logistics and planning that went into this, and for all the wonderful volunteers who carried out their tasks to the max--very helpful, informative, and friendly. It was a GREAT DAY in Fort Worth, and I am charged up. Many, many thanks to all of you. And the Vendors and their merchandise were terrific!

Incredible success! Highly professional! If these passionate speakers didn't wake up attendees ... nobody can! Thank you all SO much for putting this event together, and allowing us to participate. Let's keep the momentum going, heading toward our next target ... Nov 2nd!

Seats weren't that great, but all in all it was a wonderful, lively experience. Great speakers and Jon David Wells was superb with his funny little comments. Great people everywhere.....what was up the guy who took the flags and dropped them on the floor?
  • Sharron Benson
WOW, what a spirit-filled day!!!!! It was so great to see such a FANTASTIC turnout. Wish we could have more of these. America IS back and I cannot wait for November 2.
  • Janelle Kavanaugh
For the first time I have had the opportunity to volunteer. It was a WONDERFUL experience. Loved the t-shirts, both those on sale and those wore by attendees. I had to leave early so didn't get to hear the speakers, but enjoyed rubbing shoulders with so many welcoming volunteer coordinators as well as other volunteers. I was gratified to see such a great turnout, so many patriots in our midst.

has a blast. great speakers, all of whom could have used a bit more time to talk. I cannot imagine the coordination required to pull something like this off. great job to all of you. Two thoughts for next time: 1) put the speakers / authors somewhere out of the way of pedestrian traffic and in such a way that access is controlled. One of the reasons many of us purchased the VIP and patriot packages was the promise of speedy access, etc. 2) the 2nd reason we bought tickets instead of the free ones was to get the good seats. Mine included a direct view of all the buttocks of the video cameramen and little else. Next time put them to the side, in back and let them use their zooms, or block the cheap seats. other than those two things, I enjoyed myself and was proud to be a part of the experience.

I thought it was very educational and uplifting. I did miss getting to march and talking to like minded folks along the way but the girl that talked about the second amendment and the one that talked about Sharia law and the expansion of it into the U.S. were very important and inspiring. I wish all our school kids could be made aware of our rights and history.
  • Vic Lipsey
Wonderful program, particularly the MC and Brigitte Gabriel. Great spirit and very worthwhile overall. It was not well enough attended for whatever reasons. What was the actual attendance? Will CDs or DVD of some or all the speakers be made and available for sale and distribution?
  • Patrice Thomas
Outstanding! The speakers were phenomenal! I stand in awe at what the 9-12 Project Fort Worth event planners and volunteers accomplished. I learned a great deal and am confident that that we can make a difference. Adrian Murray's speech was excellent! Thank you for all your efforts and hard work!
