Center Ridge - backcountry ski touring

Our destination is Center Ridge, in Turnagain Pass. The trip will be about 10-12 miles RT. Metal-edged, backcountry touring skis and skins are required, along with good ski skills. There's a LOT of powder snow up there so we could face substantial trail breaking most of the day. Dress in layers and bring gear appropriate for the weather conditions; goggles; lunch; snacks; water and money to chip in for gas if you carpool. This is a beautiful place to ski but it's not a trip for beginners.
