How can The Art of Active Networking engage our members to help you do better right now?

I'm focused on maintaining my newly discovered work/life balance, connecting with and supporting others, and replacing my belief that "when the going gets tough, go for chocolate" with "when the going gets tough go outdoors." Help in any of these areas would be appreciated.

What are you passionate about that The Art of Active Networking can help with?

Professionally, I'm especially interested in an opportunity to contribute my strategic marketing communications knowledge, skills and experience garnered in the public, private and non-profit sectors to a for-profit social enterprise. On the personal front, I'm eager to ditch the tourist locations I visited in the past for the restaurants and venues known to, and frequented by, locals.

Introduction

I recently relocated from Washington, D.C. Interested in learning more about organizations on the leading edge of technology used for the public good, connecting with and supporting others, and discovering "the locals" things to do.
