Announcing a new Meetup for The Atlanta Wine Meetup!
What: Argentina - Wines to Die For, Not to Cry For
When: Tuesday, April 3,[masked]:00 PM
Where: Wine Xplorer
1402 B Dunwoody Village Parkway
Dunwoody, GA 30338
Argentina is the land of majestic mountains, world renown beef, legendary gauchos, romantic tangos, and a most influential First Lady, Eva Peron (who some of you might believe looks a lot like Madonna!) It is also the 5th largest producer of wines in the world. In fact, In November 2010, the Argentine government declared wine as Argentina's national liquor! Thanks to newly imported winemakers and European influences, they are now exporting high quality wines that Americans can enjoy at fabulous prices. Join us as we take a journey to the wine regions of Argentina and taste their famous and soon to be famous wines. It's more than just Malbec we're talking here. Torrontes, Semillon, Syrah, Tempranillo are being introduced and make Argentina the up and comer of New World Wines.
We will taste 6 wines that you will die for but won’t cry for like Eva Peron when you add some of these to your regular wine drinking repertoire.
Cocktail Reception 7pm to 7:30pm. The event will run from 7:30pm to 9:30pm.
This event will be $25.00 per person, paid in advance through Paypal to [address removed] or at this link:
