Sunday Night Bastard X

As of Sunday, we'll have worked out together 10 weeks running. Had enough yet? Hell no! We're just getting started.

We'll meet at 6:30 p.m. (note the new time) at our usual location near the Peabody Museum to greet the sunset with pain, sweat and hell.

The Bastard's Bootcamp offers an intense, fun, outdoor workout combining hills, stairs, body weight and core exercises to engage all your muscle groups while improving endurance and cardio. This ain't your mama's aerobics class!

You don't have to be in peak condition -- just be willing to push hard, sweat buckets and feel great when it's over. It's a beast of a workout, but you're a tough bastard.

Bring water, and a towel or yoga mat if you don't like working out on the grass. You can also bring a set of 2- to 4-pound hand weights if you want an extra challenge.

Leave the attitude at home!

Hey, folks. Just one humble request.

I'm stoked that you keep coming out -- I'm having a great time and I feel great.

If you feel the same way, could you take a moment, click the "group reviews" link on the side and say something nice (or even not-so-nice) about the meetup? This group needs a constant supply of fresh blood to survive, and positive reviews can help build membership.

Oh, one more thing (OK, that's two humble requests): Tell your friends.
