Monday Night Bastard (fire and beer version)

Great workout last week. They don't call it "Science Hill" for nothing.

This time around, we'll give our aching thighs a rest. We'll spend less time running and focus more on upper-body drills and high-intensity interval training. I might throw in The Animals and the Three Sixes if I'm feeling sadistic. (Or should I say masochistic? I'll be right there doing it with you.)

Anyhow, if there's interest after the workout, you can join me back at The Bastard's Lair for fire, beer and victuals.

The Bastard's Bootcamp offers an intense, fun-filled, free outdoor workout combining hills, stairs, body weight and core exercises to engage all your muscle groups while improving endurance and cardio.

Not in peak condition? No big deal. Just be willing to push hard, sweat buckets and feel great when it's over. It's a beast of a workout, but you're a tough bastard.

Bring water, and a towel or yoga mat if you don't like working out on the grass. You can also bring a set of 2- to 4-pound hand weights if you want an extra challenge.

Leave the attitude at home!

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
