Thanks to all who attended. A great time was had by all, even if the Madras cop tried to ruin the day.

Yeah, your call. I'm not very familiar with the area up there so don't have any suggestions, but I can hike Sunday as well.

Might be kind of cool to hike in a little snow over there! Could make for some nice pictures.

The forecast in Zigzag calls for 1-3 inches of snow Friday night in the passes. This one may have to be postponed until June. We were thinking about switching the day to Sunday and the venue to Dog Mountain in the Gorge. It's a shorter, but steeper hike that should have some pretty good wildflowers. Sunday forecast for the Gorge is partly sunny.
    An suggestions or ideas?

Yeah. I'll call the Zigzag rangers tomorrow and see what sort of snow they have on the trail.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
