Give a small bio of your outdoor experiences

I have enjoyed a few beautiful backpack trips including the Chilkoot Trail and Wonderland trail around Mt. Raineer. I am comfortable with moderate hiking, and skate skiing conditions. I have done a limited amount of back country skiing but would like to do more. I love to kayak but still consider myself a novice. I was an avid trail runner for years.

What is the maximum altitude you can handle?

14,000' (I hiked up a local trail from Lake Titicaca which starts are 13,500' --- slow going and so worth it). I do have exercise induced asthma that is definitely more noticeable at altitude and in cold weather, have to stop and catch my breath.

Are you familiar with the 10 essentials and how they change with different events?

What outdoor events do you prefer?

Hiking, skate skiing, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding

Is your activity pace slow, medium or fast?

slow to medium

I recently relocated to Central Oregon and am looking forward to more fun times hiking in this beautiful state. I love to hike, skate ski, and kayak.
