Give a small bio of your outdoor experiences

It all started when I was 16, just kidding there are to many outdoor experiences! The Pacific Crest Trail, canoe trip in B.C., Yosemite, etc.

What is the maximum altitude you can handle?

The highest I've been is Freel Peak in Tahoe 10,800 feet, so I would say 10,000 feet.

Are you familiar with the 10 essentials and how they change with different events?

Navigation (map and compass) Sun protection (sunglasses and sunscreen) Insulation (extra clothing) Illumination (headlamp/flashlight) First-aid supplies Fire (waterproof matches/lighter/candles) Repair kit and tools Nutrition (extra food) Hydration (extra water) Emergency shelter

What outdoor events do you prefer?

Is your activity pace slow, medium or fast?

Enjoy hiking, biking & yoga.
