Give a small bio of your outdoor experiences

Have backpacked some epic hikes. Need to refocus on getting in shape for them now. Lol. Hike bike and walking.

What is the maximum altitude you can handle?

Was at 10,000 on Teton Crest Trail.

Are you familiar with the 10 essentials and how they change with different events?

No never heard of them.

What outdoor events do you prefer?

Hike walk bike and want to explore snow showing snow mobiling and cross country skiing.

Is your activity pace slow, medium or fast?

In referenced to what? I'd say slow to medium until I get my capacity back to fitness. Could drop a good 20-25 pounds. Have endurance though.

Introduction

Recently moved from Chicago to Bend. Looking to increase capacity for physical and mental fitness. Have backpacked before and like to be outside.
