The regular practice of Meditation aids in so many life situations it's hard to conceive of them all, much less them them, or experience all the different variations... but we'll try! For one hour - on the first and third Sundays of every month, between 6:00 and 7:00 pm - join Andy in the theory, practice, and contemplation of what meditation can do for you. Sessions begin with brief instructions, go right into practice, and then close with discussions of everything from meditational experiences, the theories behind the practice, to additional types and formats of meditation and how they can be used by you.
