To share of this new learning with anyone it may serve: we've become aware of a book as a good read per Adam Timm, facilitator of Breathe to Live, meditation here monthly at The GATEWAY next one Thurs Mar 22nd 6:20-7:20PM­

The book is "Turning Your Mind into an Ally" by Sakyong Mipham

Also Adam gave a great homework assignment:

Make it a point to consciously bring your attention to your breath, sitting in the car, at your desk, on the couch, at the dinner table...

Just pause, connect with the feeling of the breath for 4 whole breath - inhale 1, exhale 1; inhale 2, exhale 2... - being completely present to each breath in its entirety. Once you reach 4, go back to whatever you were doing, and notice your mind, feel your body.
