Growiing food at home is one of the best thngs you can do for your health and the environment. Commercial food production consumes a significant percentage of the fossil fuels we burn and has often lost much of its potential nutrient value by the time it gets to the store.
However, making an edible landscape beautiful requires a different approach than most of the popular styles we see. The first half of the talk will focus on design and ideas for incrementally changing over. The second half will focus on the practical aspects of conversion.
