New Years Eve Party

HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO EVERYONE

THE HUB IS HOSTING A NEW YEAR CELEBRATION

NEW YEAR'S EVE

Starting at 9pm

There is a 10 Euro charge for this party, to be paid before the date.

You can pay by PayPal, direct to The Hub account ABN[masked] or at the bar on one of the activities at he Hub before the 31st December 2013. Your 10 Euros will include a nice welcome drink.

The dress is posh! That is, no jeans and no sneakers. Let's see what you look like when you are dressed up;)

The karaoke machine will be present for all you budding singers.

We would like this to be a world wide celebration and ask that you bring a dish of something you would have for dinner in your country on a new years eve, it can be a main dish or a sweet dish. Just let us know by posting a message on the event what you are bringing so that we do not have too much of one thing.

Don't leave it too late to sign up for this end of the year party, we have limited spaces and you will not be allowed in if you are not on our guest list. The doors to the celebrations will close at 11.30pm so don't lose out, don't be late.

Eindhoven Expats from all over the world will be gathering on this auspicious night so let's have a wonderful gala evening to bring in the New Year.

    • Gene W.

Hi, sorry for the delaid reply, sorry but we don't have a oven yet, only microwaves, deep fat fiers and a hot plate, so pizza probably won't be able to make. The rest is fine!

Hello Everyone, thanks for all your comments, letting us know what everyone is bringing, it all sounds very tasty! I had a meet with Joost this afternoon to firm up some details, these are. 1. A few of us will be at the hub from 12pm and on to help clean and set things up for the party, so if you would like to bring your things by early, you're more than welcome! 2. The hub will be providing things like napkins, plates and cutlery so it's not necessary bring your, but if like that's ok too, we also have some limited resources to heat up food if you need to, but no oven (yet). 4. Your also more than welcome to bring any music or videos you may want to share and enjoy during the evening. 5. We will arrange a sort of buffet on the bar where everyone can place and enjoy the treats they bring, if you need more placement we have that as well. Looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow!!

I'll pay the 20 € as soon as we'll arrive.
    Thinking about what to bring.
    See you!

    December 30, 2013

    • Gene W.

That's fine! How about something sweet?

      December 30, 2013

  • Stefan M.

I will probably make a tradional 'cake' that some of the balkan nations eat during Christmas and NYE. But don't be fooled by the name.. it's not sweet, and no - its not a cheese cake :D

    December 30, 2013
