The Quota Sales Performance game is a fun, interactive, learning experience that teaches players about sales cycles and competencies.
Each player develops critical sales skills and knowledge while playing the game and having fun. During the 1-day training, participants are in a team with 3 or 4 other people and compete against other teams of participants. This is a very fun and interactive way to experience the different stages of the sales process and the skills needed to be successful. With this method, much higher memory retention rates are achieved than with conventional training. Forty critical competencies are taught over the duration of the 1-day training session. Typical improvements are found in the following areas:
•Essential selling skills
•Prospecting for new business
•Presentation skills
•Forecasting accuracy
•Selling to committees
•Competitive selling practices

•Teamwork and motivation
