This workshop was officially for the first 15 applicants and was published in a magazine where Josette had an article.
It's A SHAME that The Hub, just copied the workshop to Meetup and made it look like everybody could register for free and even did get a confirmation but in fact this workshop was already fully booked for 2 weeks.
There was not enough space or seats for all people that showed up so there initially have been moments that people who didn't register the official way, had to be send home.

Luckily in the end Josette gave us 2 option:
    1. do the real workshop and send all persons who were not on her list home
    2. change the plans, having people sitting even on the stairs and change the intensive workshop in to a -more or less- lecture.

My compliments for Josette for being so flexible, but shame on The Hub!

Dear Micha, it is a pity that you feel that way. The information published in the Hub is very clear: you should have sent an email to Josette to register to be able to attend as she is the responsible one to make the group. She should have let you know that the group was already full. She is the one responsible for the space and for the workshop. What we do is to let people know about it. Bests

Hi Carmen, Josette said that she doesn't know about this event published here. She didn't know that there were 67 people registered. I know this website is not the most user friendly, but let's hope we can utilize the event management system. Do you know that we can set the attendance limit? Thank you for including the link to the online magazine! In fact I read about the 15-people limit there.

I haven't attended the workshop as I noticed to late that a registration is a must. I would love Josette to organize another workshop which in an organize way people can attend.
